Free Word/Doc Txt to Image Jpg/Jpeg Bmp Tiff Png Converter is a conversion software tool created to transform Microsoft Office Word files - including those created used the 2007 version and those in RTF format - and plain text files, into several of the most globally accepted graphic formats, such as JPG, BMP, GIF, TIFF, TGA, RLE, PNG, EMF, and WMF.
The program's interface is pleasant and simple. On one hand, it presents a top panel where you can add as many source files as needed in any of the supported formats. At the bottom of the window, on the other hand, you are allowed to choose among the possible output graphic formats. Besides that, you can also choose the target folder and whether to generate an individual image for each page of the original file. After that, the conversion process takes place with just one click.
Unfortunately, for this program to be able to actually make the conversion you are forced to have Microsoft Word installed in your system. Moreover, there is an uncomfortable issue about this conversion tool - the developer offers two downloadable versions of it, the free, and the trial versions. The one reviewed here is supposed to be the free version. However, when you open the program, you are asked which version you want to run, which may result pretty confusing for most people. In addition, when you click on the "Convert" button or when you try to close the application, you are always asked to buy and register the program, which gets really annoying after several uses.
Maybe this is a good conversion tool after all - however, I think there is a number of better ones out there. |
